Terms & Conditions for Build-a-Box Orders
Local Pickup Only: All orders must be picked up in Olympia, WA. Shipping is not available due to cottage kitchen regulations. Pickup details will be confirmed upon order.
Order Deadline: Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to allow for preparation and 4 days for customization on sugar cookies.
Customization Fees: Personalized sugar cookies incur an additional charge. We will reach out after purchase has been made for details
Flavor Selection: Customers may select up to 3 different flavors for the 6 bakery-style cookies. If no selection is made, default flavors will be included.
Allergen Notice: Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment methods include credit or debit card, Apple Pay
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this deadline.
Pickup Policy: Orders not picked up within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Design Variations: Personalized sugar cookies may vary slightly in design due to the handmade nature of our products.
